Cancellation & Refund Policy

At DigiErde Solutions, we focus on delivering high-quality digital services. Since our work involves time, research, planning, and online execution, we maintain a clear cancellation and refund policy for complete transparency.

1. No Refund After Service Starts

Once any service begins, no refund will be provided.
Service is considered “started” when:

  • Strategy or market research has begun

  • Any form of work has been initiated

  • Access or onboarding work has started

  • Communication of work progress has been shared

This applies to all services including:

  • Website Design

  • SEO

  • Facebook Ads

  • Google Ads

  • Branding

  • Google My Business

  • Consultation

  • WhatsApp Marketing Software

2. Advance Payment is Non-Refundable

All projects require advance payment.
This advance amount is 100% non-refundable, regardless of the project status.

3. No Refund for Digital Products

Refunds are not applicable on:

  • WhatsApp Marketing Software

  • Digital tools

  • Templates

  • Guides

  • Downloadable files

  • E-books

  • Any digital product delivered instantly or within a few hours

Once delivered, digital files cannot be returned; therefore, no refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation by Client

Clients may choose to cancel the service, but:

  • No refund will be issued for any cancellation

  • Any completed or ongoing work will not be refunded

  • Remaining tasks will be stopped immediately after cancellation request

5. Cancellation by DigiErde Solutions

We reserve the right to cancel a project in cases such as:

  • Abuse or misconduct from client

  • Non-cooperation or delay in providing required information

  • Illegal or unethical business activities

  • Violation of platform policies (Meta / Google)

  • Unpaid or incomplete payments

In such cases:

  • No refund will be provided

  • Client will be informed with valid reasons

6. Delayed Response From Client

If the client stops responding for 7 days or more, the project will be marked as on-hold.
If the inactivity continues for 30+ days, the project will be marked as closed.
No refund will be issued for such cases.

7. Change of Mind / Wrong Purchase

Refunds are not provided if:

  • Client changes their mind

  • Service was purchased by mistake

  • Client no longer wants the service

8. Third-Party Charges Are Non-Refundable

Any fees paid by the client for:

  • Meta Ads / Google Ads

  • Domains

  • Web Hosting

  • SSL

  • Third-party tools

  • Email services

These are not handled by DigiErde Solutions, and are therefore non-refundable.

9. Quality Guarantee

We ensure:

  • Professional work

  • Honest communication

  • Timely updates

But digital marketing does not guarantee specific results (sales, leads, ranking, engagement).
Refunds cannot be given based on performance expectations.

10. How to Request Cancellation
