3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance to confirm any service.

  • Work begins only after the required payment and client details are received.

  • Prices mentioned on our website or shared through WhatsApp/Email may change anytime without notice.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing depends on multiple external factors (market, competition, budget, platform policy, etc.).
Therefore:

  • DigiErde Solutions does not guarantee specific results such as leads, sales, ranking, or engagement.

  • We guarantee effort, strategy, delivery, and transparency — not guaranteed outcomes.

5. Client Responsibilities

To start any project, clients must provide:

  • Business details

  • Access to required platforms (Meta Business, Google Ads, Website, etc.)

  • Website content, images, logo

  • Valid contact details

Delay in providing required inputs will delay the project timeline.

6. Digital Delivery

All services, files, and deliverables are provided online through:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • Zoom/Google Meet

  • Client dashboard (if applicable)

No physical products are shipped.

7. Revisions Policy

  • Website Design: Limited number of revisions based on the selected plan

  • Ads Management: Revisions or changes are included as per the service scope

  • SEO: Revisions are not applicable as SEO is a process-based service

Extra work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

8. Refund & Cancellation

Once the service is started or strategy work begins, no refund will be provided.
Refunds are not applicable on:

  • Digital services

  • Digital downloads

  • WhatsApp Marketing Software

  • Consultation or strategy work

10. Intellectual Property

  • The client has paid for full rights

11. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Copy our website content

  • Misuse our brand name

  • Share login credentials of our software/products

  • Use our services for illegal or unethical activities

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Account suspension due to policy violations

  • Technical issues beyond our control

We provide services based on best practices but cannot guarantee platform behavior.
